WITHDRAWL POLICY


(a) At least 15 days’ notice in writing on a prescribed form is to be given duly signed by the guardian/parent before withdrawing a student from the school.
(b) T.C. is ordinarily issued within seven days of application on clearance of all dues.
(c) Once paid, fee is non-transferable/non-adjustable/non-refundable under any circumstances.
(d) Kindly ensure that all dues (formalities) are cleared before submitting the Withdrawal Form in the office.
(e) Student who is detained in the same class for two years in succession will not be retained in the school.
(f) The school reserves the right to insist the parents to withdraw their children if their progress in studies is unsatisfactory or their attendance is irregular or their conduct is harmful to other children.
(g) After taking admission, if a student leave the school before completion of the session, the student has to pay whole year fees.
